Background:
- In 2004 I used to put my savings and emergency fund in short-term and long-term CDs (Certificate of Deposits), also known as FDs (Fixed Deposits), at ~3%. Since market crash of 2007, CD rates are about 0.03%.
- In 2008, I found some passive income alternatives which I use and enjoy. Past 8 years I have been looking for a way to offer simplified and safe fixed income alternative to friends and family.
Purpose:
- I think that the higher value creation from unused resources is an awesome thing to do, so I have been looking for opportunities to generate side income from thin air so do speak.
